1. Introduction; Acceptance of Terms
Subject to these Terms of Use (the "Terms"), as amended from time to time, Stashlete, Inc. ("Stashlete," "we," "us," or "our") provides the Stashlete platform through its website at https://stashlete.com and attendant mobile applications (collectively, with any new features and applications, the "Platform") and the Stashlete community and related services (collectively, with the Platform, including any new features and applications, the "Services").
The Services include team operations management, payment collection, event ticketing, sponsor management, fundraising tools, and financial reporting for youth sports teams, booster clubs, and athletic organizations. If you are an Organization Admin, Team Manager, Parent, Donor, Sponsor, or any other user (collectively, a "User") located in the United States, you are contracting with Stashlete, Inc.
BY USING THE SERVICES, YOU EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTAND, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT USE THE SERVICES.
2. Definitions
- "Organization" means a youth sports team, booster club, athletic program, league, or similar entity that registers for and uses the Platform.
- "Organization Admin" means the individual(s) with administrative control over an Organization account on the Platform.
- "Team Dues" means recurring or one-time payments collected from families or members through the Platform for season fees, registration, equipment, travel, or other team-related expenses.
- "Event" means any game, tournament, banquet, fundraiser, or other gathering for which tickets or registrations are sold through the Platform.
- "Sponsor" means a business or individual that provides financial support or in-kind contributions to an Organization through the Platform.
- "Donation" means a monetary contribution made by a user through a fundraising page on the Platform.
- "Payment Processor" means our third-party payment processing partners (e.g., Stripe, Inc.).
- "Transaction Fee" means all fees and charges applicable to each payment, including platform fees and third-party processing fees.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may only use the Services with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. Organization Admins must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to bind the Organization to these Terms. Certain features may require registration with, and agreement to, third-party terms (e.g., Payment Processors).
4. Description of Services
Stashlete provides an all-in-one operations platform for youth sports teams and athletic organizations. Our Services include:
- Team dues collection and payment plan management
- Event ticketing and registration
- Sponsor package creation and relationship management
- Fundraising page creation and donor tracking
- Financial dashboards and exportable reports
- Multi-team and multi-season management
- Parent and family payment tracking
- Automated receipt generation
Stashlete is an administrative platform only. We are not a broker, agent, financial institution, creditor, or nonprofit corporation. We do not provide financial, legal, tax, or other professional advice.
5. Fees and Pricing
Stashlete offers tiered subscription plans for Organizations:
- Starter (Free): Basic ticketing and donations; transaction fees apply.
- Club ($49/mo): Full season operations including dues collection, payment plans, donor CRM, and sponsor management.
- Elite ($149/mo): Advanced features including registration, sponsor packages, team payouts, and priority support.
- Organization ($299/mo): Multi-team dashboard, tournament management, complex registrations, and dedicated onboarding.
All transactions are subject to third-party processing fees (currently 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction, subject to change by the Payment Processor). Organizations may choose to absorb processing fees or pass them to payees. Subscriptions are monthly and auto-renew until canceled. Annual plans may be offered with discounted pricing.
6. Organization Responsibilities
Organization Admins represent, warrant, and covenant that: (i) all information provided in connection with their account is accurate and complete; (ii) funds collected through the Platform will be used solely for the purposes stated to their members; (iii) they will comply with all applicable laws including those governing youth sports, financial reporting, and tax obligations; (iv) they have the authority to represent the Organization; and (v) they will not use the Services for any unlawful purpose.
7. User Conduct
You agree not to: (a) use the Services for any illegal purpose; (b) submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information; (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any accounts or systems; (d) interfere with or disrupt the Services; (e) use the Services to harass, abuse, or harm another person; (f) scrape, data mine, or use automated means to access the Services without our consent.
8. Intellectual Property
The Services and their contents (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are owned by Stashlete, Inc. and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. The Stashlete name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Stashlete, Inc.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. You may cancel your subscription at any time prior to the next renewal date.
10. Dispute Resolution
EXCEPT AS OTHERWISE DESCRIBED HEREIN, BY USING THE SERVICES, YOU AGREE THAT DISPUTES BETWEEN YOU AND STASHLETE WILL BE RESOLVED BY BINDING, INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION AND YOU WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL OR TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION. Arbitration shall be conducted in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules, and shall take place in Atlanta, Georgia.
11. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL STASHLETE, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU TO STASHLETE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Where feasible, we will provide at least 30 days' notice of substantive changes via email or in-product notice. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
